The Lamar County School System invites prospective Vendors to bid on Technology Equipment. The Bids will be read on Friday, September 1st, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Lamar County Board of Education, 100 Victory Lane, Barnesville, Georgia 30204. Bids received after that time will not be considered.

Bids must be sent via email to the Computer Operations Manager, Jarrod Fletcher- Copies of the Specifications, Terms and Conditions, Contract Agreement and Affidavit are enclosed. Prospective vendors are urged to read the Specifications and Terms and Conditions very carefully. No bid may be withdrawn after the time of the opening; however, the Lamar County School System reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to waive any formalities.

Period of Contract: First contract shall be for 12 months with Lamar County School System having the option to end the contract with 30 day notice based upon unsatisfactory performance by the Vendor.
All bid awards are not final until approval by Board of Education.
