Lamar County residents whose child is eligible must be 4 years old by September 1, 2024.

Things to have when registering for Pre-K:

• Original certified Birth Certificate

• Proof of Residency (electric, gas, cable or water bill, apartment or house lease or rental agreement or house contract)

• Child's Social Security Card

• Photo Identification of Parent/Guardian

• Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) It has to be on this form

• Certificate of Eye, Ear, Dental & Nutrition (Form 3300) It has to be on this form
